We'd like to reward your loyalty in a way where fans can get something back from the Club which is why we introduced our Loyalty Rewards programme during the 2015/16 season.
Ultimately we’d like fans to be able to earn Loyalty Rewards through spending on Brentford FC products and then be able to use those Rewards to purchase other products such as Merchandise, selected Match Tickets, Hospitality and much more over time. Every Reward helps you lower the cost of your support.
1. Get access to earn Loyalty Rewards
Initially Loyalty Rewards are available to Season Ticket Holders and Club Members on their retail purchases. We are working on extending that access to all fans so keep an eye on brentfordfc.co.uk for further info during the 2015/16 season.
2. Spend and earn
All you need to do is ensure your Brentford Card is presented when purchasing in person and your Rewards will be added automatically. If you purchase through your Online Shop account, enter the barcode number at the back of your Brentford Card when finalising your order (under summary). The number of Rewards you will collect with your new order will show above your Loyalty Reward number and ‘apply’ button.
For every £1 a Club Member spends in the Stadium or Online Shop, they’ll earn three Rewards. Season Ticket Holders will earn ten Rewards.
3. Redeem and save
To redeem your Rewards at the Stadium Shop simply present your Brentford Card at the till and we’ll do the rest. When purchasing online, just enter your barcode number on the back of your Brentford Card before finalising your order (under Summary). It will then show your Loyalty Reward balance which can be redeemed for the full cost or just part of the cost. Each Reward is worth one pence when redeemed.
We'll keep you informed of how many Loyalty Rewards you have and from time to time we'll even give you exclusive Loyalty Reward offers.
4. The small print
Season Ticket Holders and Club Members will only collect Rewards against the cash value of their order. Rewards can only be redeemed from previous purchases. Loyalty Rewards Terms and Conditions apply. Please note, ticket access will be determined through accumulation of Ticket Access Points (previously known as Loyalty Points). All reward points will expire 6 months after the end of the season. So, for example, all points collected up until 30 June 2017 will expire on 31 December 2017. All points collected from 1 July 2017 up until 30 June 2017 will expire 31 December 2017.
