Eddie Ilderton took charge of his first Football League game in 2002 and he has been in charge of four Brentford games since.

The last was a London derby defeat to Charlton Athletic in 2011.

Before that he took charge of a 1-1 draw at Notts County in August 2007 and his first Brentford appointment was a defeat to Chesterfield three years before.

In between he was the Man in the Middle as Brentford were beaten 3-2 by Huddersfield Town in a controversial encounter in September 2005.

Mr Ilderton sent off Andrew Frampton for a foul that appeared to have been committed by Sam Sodje and The Bees conceded two stoppage time goals as they lost a 2-1 lead.

THE MILESTONES

Clayton Donaldson needs one more goal to reach 50 for Brentford in all competitions and 100 in his English professional career.

Kevin O’Connor is now on 497 appearances for Brentford in all competitions, he is just three games away from being the third Bees player to play 500 games for the Club.

Jake Bidwell is set to play his 100th game for Brentford while Alan McCormack is in line to play his 300th Football League game and the 349th of his career.

Marcello Trotta is set to make his 50th start in professional football.
