Second half goals from Brian Howard and Sam Parkin give Swindon all three points at Griffin Park
Howard broke the deadlock in the 65th minute with a shot that crept in off the post. It was a game that either side could have won, but The Bees failed to capitalise on the openings that they created.
After a goal-less first half, Swindon marked their intent when Tommy Monney's header flashed past Paul Smith in the 50th minute. Howard put the visitors ahead mid-way through the half but The Bees were denied an equaliser just six minutes later; Evans palming Roget's header round the post. From the resulting corner, substitute Tony Rougier hit the crossbar.
Roget again was denied by Evans before Swindon scored their second with eight minutes left. Tommy Mooney's throughball fed Sam Parkin, who wrapped things up with a clinical shot from twelve yards.
