Brentford Manager Uwe Rösler has been named Sky Bet League One Manager of the Month for November.
The Bees have won eight of their last nine games in all competitions, seven of eight in Sky Bet League One.
The only draw in that run came away from home against promotion favourites Wolverhampton Wanderers.
In November, The Bees picked up 13 points in League One from a possible 15.
They won away to Crawley Town and Notts County and at home to Crewe Alexandra and Peterborough United.
There was also the draw with Wolves and a 5-0 FA Cup with Budweiser win over Staines Town.
The Manager of the Month award is decided by former Charlton Athletic manager Alan Curbishley, Sky Sports’ Football League expert Don Goodman, Football League Chief Operating Officer Andy Williamson, League Managers Association Deputy CEO Olaf Dixon and Sky Bet Head of Football Paul Wiggins.
Uwe was selected ahead of fellow nominees Swindon Town’s Mark Cooper, Rotherham United Manager Steve Evans and Preston North End boss Simon Grayson.
Alan Curbishley chairs the Sky Bet Manager of the Month judging panel.
He said: “After narrowly missing out on promotion last season, Uwe Rösler’s men are clearly mounting another challenge this campaign.
“It was an impressive month for Brentford - going unbeaten with some notable results.”
Don Goodman said: “A win and a draw against title contenders Peterborough and Wolves showed why Uwe Rösler’s Brentford side are a force to be reckoned with this season.
“Seven games unbeaten, Uwe’s team have a strong back four an exciting attacking unit and the mental strength needed to win tough games.”
Paul Wiggins said: “Brentford have been in superb form during November.
“The Bees kept four clean sheets, which is an excellent basis on which to maintain a strong promotion push.”
