Technical advice available

The new Brentford Football Club website has been in operation since the start of the month.

The Club is aware of some technical issues with the site and is working to repair them with the support of Football League interactive, which manages and develops the internet and mobile rights of almost 90 clubs who have signed up to a partnership and is responsible for providing the official club website, mobile services and the premium part of the website Bees Player.

A brief outline of the Club’s partnership with FLi, some contact email addresses and some simple technical support has been provided here.

The Club has received the following advice from Perform concerning the new Bees Player service:

Unfortunately the DVR commentary takes longer to load then than last year’s commentary. It can take up to 40 seconds for you to connect to the live stream.

Please try and connect to the commentary again and wait for 40 seconds.

The commentary should then start automatically within 40 seconds.

To ensure you can listen to the live match commentary can you please try the following steps:

1: Clear cache, if you are unsure of how to do this please follow this link - http://www.performgroup.com/articles/20080514/website-does-not-appear-to-be-updated_2245066_1312288

2: Make sure you have the latest flash player installed, you can find the latest version here - http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html

3: Download an alternative browser, we find Google Chrome to be the most effective. https://www.google.com/chrome

Further information on how to clear your cache is available at http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

The Club is always interested in hearing feedback from supporters – email website@brentfordfc.co.uk if you have any questions, queries or opinions on the new website or Bees Player.
