Uwe has tough calls to make.

Manager Uwe Rösler gave his reaction to Brentford’s 4-1 victory over Wycombe in their final pre-season friendly.

He said: “Overall I thought there were some excellent performances and the way we played after the first 10 to 15 minutes was excellent.

“The players are motivated. Nobody is sulking if they don’t start the game. Established players are coming on and playing very hard and tough to try and force themselves into the starting line-up for the weekend.

“We have Toumani and Adam Forshaw who are very strong candidates for Saturday and the games after but Jake Reeves and Harry Forrester have made a big step during this pre-season.

“Harry was excellent today and it is a very close race between him and Sam Saunders. Both players are in very good form and it is a tough call for me.”
