RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please ensure that you keep your original till receipts in a safe place to receive an exchange and/or refund.

All exchanges and Refunds must be made within 28 days of the original date of purchase.

Refunds will only be given if the item is returned in the original condition accompanied with the till receipt.

No Refunds will be given on reduced or sale items. Exchange will be offered within 28 days of the original purchase.

You will be refunded by the method in which you paid (unless you paid by cheque). Items will be deemed to be at the current selling value unless accompanied by the original receipt.

If you do not have the original receipt you will be offered an exchange, or credit note.. Please note no monies can be given without a receipt.

If you are returning items by post, to allow us to deal with your return as quickly as possible; please ensure that you include a covering letter explaining the nature of your return and your contact details. We also suggest that you send any returns by Special Delivery or Recorded delivery, as we can accept no responsibility for returned items being lost in the post.
