PAYMENTS / DELIVERY
The Superstore accepts the following methods of payment:
Cash - Please do not send by post
Cheque - Made Payable to BRENTFORD FOOTBALL CLUB
Credit/Debit Card - Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo Visa Electron
Please note: Some Visa Electron cards can only be used in person (please check with your card provider)
Declined Cards
Please ensure that you have the correct card details before submitting your order as your order confirmation only confirms that we are in receipt of your order.
All orders are processed manually.
Should we receive an order which has incorrect card details we will endeavor to try the card twice and if the card is declined by the terminal your order will be automatically cancelled.
You will then be notified in writing of the problem with your order; you will then have to re-order using via the online store or by calling 0845 3456 442 (option 1).
Please note that the Superstore cannot be held responsible for any orders which are not processed due to incorrect details being submitted by the customer.
Delivery Services & Times
There are two ways in which orders are dispatched from the Superstore: 1st Class Royal Mail (standard delivery) or Special Delivery (next day delivery).
The standard Royal Mail delivery is cost-effective & efficient; with 80% of our customers receiving their order next day (UK only), however it is not guaranteed.
The cost for Standard delivery is:
UK - £4.00
Europe/Eire -£6.00
Rest of the world - £10.00
For the UK items are usually delivered the next working day - however please allow 10 working days.
For Europe items are usually delivered within 7 working days - however please allow 14 working days.
For the Rest of The World it is usually delivered with 14 working days, however please allow 28 working days.
The Special Delivery is guaranteed next working day before 12 noon. Your order must be placed before 2pm. Please note that this is a UK only service.
The cost of Special delivery is £8.00.
Problems
We are fully committed to ensuring that your order arrives to you as quickly and correctly as possible.
Should there be a problem with your order please do not hesitate to contact us.
It is our aim to process & dispatch your order with 48 hours. However should you not receive your order with in 21 days of it being placed you must contact the Superstore immediately.
Your order confirmation only states that we are in receipt of your order.
