Once it was known that Brentford had drawn Premiership opposition in the Carling Cup a review of the options available to the Club regarding the sale of tickets was carried out to make sure that the best interests of all concerned was considered.

It was agreed that the best practical approach to the sale of tickets is as set out in the Club`s Customer Charter, written exactly for that purpose, and which will enable all Bees fans the best possible chance of obtaining tickets for this fixture .

So, our Carling Cup Third Round tie at home to Everton on Tuesday 21st September (kick off 7.45pm), will be an ALL TICKET MATCH. All tickets for home supporters will be sold as per The Customer Charter section 4.1. Admission prices will be as per normal.

Please note that with immediate effect the application for all memberships that enable priority booking will be suspended until such time that the match is played. This includes the following Memberships: Bees United, the Lifeline Society, BIAS, Junior Bees, Golden Junior and Golden Senior Season Tickets.

• Tickets went on sale this morning (Thursday 2nd September) at 10am to Season Ticket holders only, and they will be allowed 4 tickets each. Please submit Voucher B from your Season Ticket book when buying your tickets.
We will hold Season Ticket holders regular seats until close of business on 11th September.

• Tickets will go on sale from Tuesday 7th September to Members of the Lifeline Society, Bees United, BIAS and Junior Bees and they will be allowed 4 tickets each.

• Tickets will go on sale from Monday 13th September to Registered Members i.e. those who have a previous booking history with the Club and they will be allowed 4 tickets each.

Tickets for this fixture will not be available on-line.

There will be no facility for supporters to collect their tickets on the day of the game.

Please note this match will be Reserved Seating.

How to purchase tickets:

In Person: (Please have your Season Ticket or Membership details to hand when purchasing tickets).

• Between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday from The Bees Superstore
• After the match on Sunday 5th September from the Club Offices, Braemar Road forecourt until 4pm
• Between 10am and 2pm on Saturday 11th September from The Bees Superstore
Both before and after the match on Saturday 18th September from the Club Offices, Braemar Road forecourt 
• Between 10am and 10pm on Monday 20th September from The Bees Superstore
