Brentford's players collected their medals and the League Two championship trophy during a ticker tape reception at Griffin Park.

The Bees squad and back room staff were presented with momentos from the season - which saw Brentford win League Two by six points while equalling the club's records points total (under three points for a win).

Skipper Kevin O'Connor, who collected the trophy with Alan Bennett, described it as one of the best days of his life and other players joined fans in marking the achievement.
