Brentford match-winner David Hunt said the Bees' squad are getting used to the feeling of winning matches and are not scared of anyone.
Hunt set up Brentford's first in their 2-1 win over Norwich City with a long throw which was headed in by Ryan Dickson and scored the winner himself with a free kick which he smashed through the defensive wall.
Hunt said it was good to get a goal as he had been trying to get himself into positions to have more efforts.
"I just thought I would hit it hard," explained Hunt. "When it's against you it's hard to defend.
"Luckily it went in.
"The gaffer [Andy Scott] has been looking [at my long throws], sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
"Ryan Dickson went in today and it came off."
Hunt said confidence was surging through the camp.
"We did well last season," he continued. "Even though in pre-season some results weren't good everyone has a winning mentality.
"We know what it feels like to win.
"The lads are full of confidence, we have a good team.
"We stick together, we have to make sure we do our jobs.
"We have shown now we can compete at this level, we are confident and this is a good bunch of lads.
"We want to do well.
"The lads are getting their rewards, we are not going [anywhere] scared. We want to win [every game]."
