Brentford goalkeeper Lewis Price described his side's 0-0 draw against Huddersfield Town as "not a bad result" and said he was happy with the way the defence in front of him played.

Price kept his second clean sheet for the club in seven league outings as The Bees held their hosts, who had scored 12 goals in winning their first three home games, and could have won it with late chances.

Price said: "It is not a bad result, they are a good team and have spent a lot of money.

"It is going to be a difficult place for teams to come and I think we had opportunities to have won it in the end.

"The defence worked hard which makes it easier for me and makes me happy."

Price said there was no undue concern at only keeping one clean sheet in the first six games, as nine points had been gathered in that time.

"You have to remember this is a different league in terms of the standard of teams and players," continued Price. "[Brentford] kept a lot of clean sheets last year but we weren't getting too worried about it this year as were were picking up points and wins.

"We have got to be happy with our start to the season."
