Brentford manager Andy Scott was angered by the goal his team conceded in their 1-0 defeat against Tranmere Rovers.
The Bees boss said he was "flabbergasted" Craig Curran was able to give Tranmere the points when he ran over a free kick and was left unmarked from John Welsh's pass to slot it home.
Scott said he thought the "scrappy" game was set to end 0-0 before that goal.
"It was as if time stood still," he said. "On the bench we could see what was going to happen, we assumed the team did as well.
"We didn't react and they scored a goal.
"It took two minutes to set it up, everyone knew what was going to happen.
"The man on the end of the wall - Kevin O'Connor - should have shut it down.
"I'm flabbergasted we can concede a goal like that with experienced players on the pitch.
"It wasn't even a well worked goal, no-one gives us goals like that.
"I can't have that at all.
"We have lost a game that should have been a scrappy 0-0.
"If we had got a 0-0 everyone would have said it was a hard-earned point but we are conceding poor goals we shouldn't be conceding."
