Brentford's two goal hero Myles Weston said he felt his team deserved their margin of victory against Carlisle United.
Weston took his tally against The Cumbrians this season to four as he repeated his Brunton Park brace from the opening day of the season.
Weston was all smiles as he spoke to Bees Player afterwards and hailed the contribution of Charlie MacDonald to his first goal, which gave The Bees the lead.
"Charlie did excellently," said Weston. "I don't think he could have done any more, he made my goal.
"We started the match really slowly as we haven't played for three weeks.
"As the game went on we got into our rhythm, after the first goal we dominated the game.
"Everyone played well and didn't stop.
"We deserved the third goal, the first 20 minutes or so they were on top but we deserved the two goal margin.
"I've played against them twice now and scored two goals in each, I must like playing against them."
Weston hailed his team mates for the way they all reacted to the concession of Carlisle's goal - a disputed penalty scored by Ian Harte.
"In the middle of the season if that had happened we might not have recovered," he said. "The way we did shows we have learnt to react to conceding goals.
"That's why we are going on a run.
"You have to give the boys credit for the way they kept going."
