Tommy Smith who has been on loan from championship side Ipswich Town for the past month has had his loan deal extended for the full 93 days with a "call back" clause included.

The 19 year old central defender has made three appearances for The Bees during his first month and during that time has formed a formidable central defensive partnership with Leon Legge. The defender still holds high hopes of representing New Zealand in this summers World Cup Finals in South Africa.
