Ahead of Saturday's League One fixture with Tranmere Rovers, Phil Fifield and his team are pulling out all the stops yet again to ensure the game goes ahead.

Our friend The Blotter has just arrived, she's been invaluable to the Club in allowing Phil to get games on when really there should have been little hope due to the extreme weather conditions that seem to be never ending.

The pitch has been saturated and the days of heavy rain have also resulted in the touchline running track being flooded. The Blotter will remove thousands of gallons of water from the GP pitch and all eyes remain focused on the weather forecast.
