Defender Mark Phillips questioned the award of a crucial penalty in Brentford's 3-3 draw with Milton Keynes Dons.
The Bees came from behind three times to earn a point and dominated most of the game after conceding in the 11th minute.
Phillips was adjudged to have fouled Luke Chadwick as The Dons were awarded a penalty - converted by Jermaine Easter to put them 2-1 up - but the defender cast doubt over the decision of referee Mike Russell.
"I feel [Chadwick] went down quite easy for their penalty," said the defender. "We were arm to arm outside the box and he was on the floor the moment he was in the box.
"He was playing for it and I feel the referee to give that decision.
"Throughout the match we felt they were getting away with a lot of things we couldn't even contest - the referee wasn't having a word from us.
"We had to mix it up."
Phillips - who said he thought he got the final touch for MK's third goal - felt his team deserved something out of the game.
"We have seen [Andy Scott] instils a never-say-die attitude - we have shown that on numerous occasions," said the former Millwall man.
"We were in control of the game, we were playing for the win but it was unfortunate they went ahead.
"But we came back each time.
"We hit the bar through Carl Cort, their keeper made an unbelievable save from Tommy Smith.
"I don't feel it was two points dropped but we deserved something."
