Brentford striker Charlie MacDonald said he expects to sign a new contract with the club tomorrow.
The front man - who scored the only goal as The Bees won against Stockport County - said everything had been agreed and he was due to sign on the dotted line imminently.
"I understand I will be signing on Monday," said MacDonald immediately after the win at Edgeley Park. "Everything is there and the paperwork will be in place on Monday so we can put it to bed.
"No-one is happier than me to get it sorted.
"I have always flitted about, here I have had two good seasons and I'm happy here."
MacDonald admitted Myles Weston's cross for his goal at Stockport would probably have gone in anyway if he had not touched it but he would take any goal that comes his way.
He described the victory as hard-fought and said he was pleased an injury he picked up in the first half had not forced him off.
"It was a hard fought win," he said. "Second half we were much better than we were in the first.
"To get the three points was massive for us."
