Brentford manager Andy Scott said he was pleased to get something out of the game against Southend United, given the amount of injuries his team had suffered.
The Bees drew 2-2 against the relegation-threatened Essex outfit having lead twice through Charlie MacDonald and Carl Cort and Scott admitted to being disappointed with aspects of his side's showing.
But as he outlined the injuries picked up during the 90 minutes he said he had "to be pleased to get something".
"Wojciech [Szczesny] has done something to his ankle," Scott explained. "It's not overly serious, but we don't know.
"Pim [Balkestein] has a re-occurrence of his groin injury. He was fine for 60 minutes and felt it tighten up again.
"He said he could continue so we patched him up and manufactured a system to try and put him in the way.
"Marcus Bean's hamstring tightened up and Karleigh Osborne has a dead leg that is not too serious.
"There are others too - it's a culmination of the games we have played, they keep getting kicked and it's too much for their bodies.
"We played too deep second half, we allowed them to get it into their front players, they got into our final third too easily.
"At the end, we played with a side that for the last 15-20 minutes was out on its feet and carrying injuries.
"We have to be pleased to get something.
"Fair play to [Southend], they have gone for it, but we allowed them to put pressure on us.
"It was an entertaining game, the disappointing thing is that both times after we scored we didn't secure the game.
"For the first 15 to 20 minutes we were so on top it was ridiculous.
"As soon as we scored [the first], we stopped doing what we had been doing and allowed them back into the game."
Scott said he wouldn't know who would be available for the trip to Bristol Rovers on Saturday until the morning of the match and insisted no risks would be taken but said everyone would be working overtime to get fit.
He also revealed he plans to discuss a new contract with goal scorer Carl Cort.
"Carl is probably the fittest he has been for a few years," added Scott. "He has more chance of playing back to back games.
"We have devised a training schedule and it is working for him and for us, and it might enable us to use him more next season.
"There is a good chance we will sit down and talk about a contract with him."
