Brentford captain Kevin O'Connor said the squad were happy with the point earned in a 0-0 draw with Bristol Rovers.
The Bees captain - who is on the verge of making his 400th Brentford appearance - said he was "delighted" to have returned to the team after missing three games through a foot injury sustained in the Good Friday draw with Millwall and to make it through 90 minutes.
O'Connor said: "They had some good chances, we had some good situations, it's a good point.
"After the run of games we have had, and with a few people carrying knocks, we are happy with a point.
"I thought it was a brilliant save [by Wojciech Szczesny from Chris Lines in the dying stages].
"But Wojciech has been doing that all the time since he has been here, he saved us.
"I'm delighted to get 90 minutes, in my situation [having played every game] it was good to get a rest.
"My fitness is up there but I hated missing training and games
"I want to step it up for the rest of the season."
