Following meetings with the players on Monday, Bees Manager Andy Scott has issued the following eagerly anticipated "retained list".
Fraser Franks, Lewis Ferrell, Steve Kabba and Mark Phillips have all been released whilst Cleveland Taylor has been made available for transfer.
Mark Phillips made a total of 60 appearances for the Bees since signing from Millwall two years ago whilst Steve Kabba made just 12 without scoring before joining Burton Albion on loan where he made 24 appearances and scored six goals. Neither Fraser Franks nor Lewis Ferrell made any appearances for the First Team.
Cleveland Taylor has made 15 appearances scoring one goal since signing from Carlisle United last summer but at Burton Albion, where he was on loan, he made 24 appearances and scored four goals.
Ryan Dickson, Karleigh Osborne, Nikki Bull and Carl Cort have all been offered new contracts whilst Leon Legge has been offered an improved contract.
Andy said: "I`d like to express my thanks to those who have been released, for their efforts in their time at Brentford and wish them the best for the future".
