Brentford Football Club can confirm the signing of left back Craig Woodman from Wycombe Wanderers for an undisclosed fee. Woodman, who is 27 years old, signed a 3 year contract after agreeing terms with the club this afternoon.

The former Chairboy has won the 'Players Player' award for the past two seasons. He also won the "Supporters player" award following Wycombe's promotion to League One in 2008/2009. He has made over 100 appearances for Wycombe.

Woodman started his career with Bristol City where he made over 90 appearances, whilst also playing a number of games on loan for Mansfield and Torquay before moving to Wycombe in the summer of 2007.
