Previous Highlights

Probably that game in March as we were 3-2 down with just under ten minutes remaining and the result, whichever way it went, could have had a major bearing on the final outcome for the season.

We took the lead as early as the 2nd minute when Jordan Rhodes got the all important touch in a crowded goalmouth. Akinde pulled one back in the 14th minute before David Hunt regained the lead for us with a 21st minute free kick.

But former Bees John Mousinho levelled it at 2-2 just before the break.

Four minutes after the break Akinde got his second to give the lead to the visitors. But they suffered a blow when Tommy Doherty received his marching orders midway through the half.

Loanee Sam Williams was the hero of the hour though with nine minutes left when he slotted home to make it 3-3. side

Ground

Adams Park was opened in 1991 and has a capacity of 10,000. The Frank Adams Stand was opened in 1996. The grounds location is infamous for the problematical access to and from the ground on matchdays.

Attendances

Their average League attendance last season was 5,109 with a high of 9,625 against Notts County in their final home game last season, and a low of 3,713 against Chester City in March.

Mileage

Wycombe, 30 miles from Brentford, is the fourth nearest club to us this season. We travel to Wycombe on Saturday 13th February and play host to them on Tuesday 24th November.
