Supporters can book tickets in the following ways:
In person:
The BFC Ticket Office is now located in the SUPERSTORE on Braemar Road.
Opening Hours :
10am to 4pm - Monday - Friday
Please note that there are no match ticket sales on the day of a game, on match-days admission is by cash turnstile only.
By Telephone:
10am to 4pm Monday - Friday by calling 0845 3456 442 (option 4).
Please note that no telephone bookings will be taken on Matchdays.
Please note that match tickets posted out are subject to a £1.50 additional fee, whilst Family Tickets requested to be posted are subject to a £2 additional Recorded Delivery fee .
In all cases credit card payments are subject to a £2 additional fee.

Purchases can be made up to 4pm on the day prior to matchday. Minimum purchase £10.

Season Ticket Holders:
Please note that on the occasion of a Season Ticket Holder forgetting their Season Ticket on a matchday, a £5 administration fee will be charged for entrance.
Replacement of lost or stolen Season Tickets will be charged at £10. However the Club is not obliged to provide a replacement and you may be asked to purchase a new Season Ticket.
Family Tickets
With the introduction of a brand new Football League initiative entitled "Enjoy The Match" Brentford have introduced a series of FAMILY TICKETS
They are: 2 adults and 2 juniors for £30, 1 adult and 2 juniors for £25 or 1 adult and 3 children for £30.
The Family Tickets will only be sold in advance of matchday.
Family Tickets for each game go on sale four weeks prior to the fixture and can be purchased by calling 0845 3456 442 (Option 4).
They may be collected prior to the day of the game or they can be posted. Postage will cost £2 as it will be by Recorded Delivery.
When purchasing Family Tickets you will be asked for the names of those who will be utilising the tickets.
Please note that tickets to be collected on the day of the game will be available from the Ticket Collection Booth which is alongside the main entrance in Braemar Road which is loctaed on the other side of the ground from The Bill Axbey Stand.
Disabled Supporters:
Disabled Supporters pay the requisite admission according to their age. Helpers / Carers are admitted for free.
Wheelchair-bound supporters may use the 'disabled area', subject to availability. Please contact David Enstone on 0845 3456 442 (option 4).
Juniors:
Juniors under the age of 7 (as of 1/8/09) can gain free admission to League games providing they are in possession of a pre purchased, Golden Junior Season Ticket. These are FREE on application, together with a birth certificate. However postage is required if the purchaser is unable to collect. Without a Golden Junior Season Ticket, Junior admission is £5.
Student / Concession Tickets
Student Tickets are available to purchase on the day of the match for the Ealing Road Terrace only at a cost of £12 through turnstile 5. Requisite student identification must be shown at the turnstile in order to gain admission at the reduced rate.
