JAMES BRANSGROVE
Date of Birth: 12/5/95
Position: Goalkeeper
Contract: Youth Contract
James joined The Bees in October from Waltham Abbey after impressing on trial at Griffin Park.
The 17-year-old had already established himself as Abbey's first team keeper this season, appearing in their Ryman League and FA Cup campaigns.
James has a good presence in goal and is an excellent shot stopper and has already shown he has a knack for saving penalties.
Since joining James has started eight games for the U18s and has also represented the U21s on occasion as well.
JOSEPH TAYLOR
Date of Birth: 25/06/1996
Position: Goalkeeper
Contract: 1st Year Scholar
The 16-year-old goalkeeper joined the club in July 2012 having previously been on trial with AFC Wimbledon.
The tall commanding stopper has been called-up to train with New Zealand's Under-17 squad this autumn and will be their first-choice for the U17 World Cup Qualifying Tournament next year.
Joe has featured five times for the U18s this season as well as a substitute appearance for the U21s.
RICHARD BRYAN
Date of Birth: 13/09/1995
Position: Defender
Contract: 1st Year Scholar
Richard is a centre-back who was heavily involved in the Development Squad during the Pre-Season. Richard played 20 games for the Youth Team in 2011/12, mainly at right back or centre back, although he can also play in midfield.
The 16-year-old started in the FA Youth Cup Third Round win over Hull City and in the Fourth Round defeat against Stoke City, when he scored Brentford's goal - his only goal for The Bees so far.
MAX HERBERT

Position: Defender/ Midfielder
Contract: 2nd Year Scholar
Max joined the Bees in the summer of 2012 after being released when Wycombe shut down their youth department. The 17-year-old is predominately a left-back but he can also play in the centre of midfield and at left-winger. He joined the Bees after some impressive performances for the Development Squad during pre-season and has impressed already in the Professional Development League.
STEFAN TOMASEVIC
Date of Birth: 17/03/1995
Position: Defender
Contract: 2nd Year Scholar
Stefan joined the Bees in 2010 as an Under-16 and was offered a Scholarship in 2011. The tall centre-back made eight appearances last season scoring once.
LIONEL STONE
Date of Birth: 20/09/1995
Position: Defender
Contract: 1st Year Scholar
Lionel has already won international honours having been selected for the Scotland Under-17 squad, a year above his age.
The 16-year-old central defender has made five appearances for Scotland at that level.
Originally a centre forward, Lionel has moved to the centre of defence and made 14 appearances for Brentford's Youth Team in 2011/12, scoring once.
He appeared in all four of Brentford's FA Youth Cup ties during the 2011/12 season.
Lionel has started 12 games so far this season in both league and cup.
FABIAN ROWE
Date of Birth: 14/02/1996
Position: Midfielder
Contract: 1st Year Scholar
Fabian is an attacking midfield player who is comfortable on both sides of the pitch and with both feet.
The 16-year-old made ten appearances for Brentford's Youth Team in 2011/12 and featured in the FA Youth Cup run.
He started in the First Round win over Lewes, scoring his first goal for the club, and in the Second Round win over Southend before appearing as a substitute against Hull in the Third Round.
This season he grabbed both Brentford's goals in their 2-2 draw against Millwall in their opening U18 Professional Development League fixture.
Fabian has featured in every game so far this season scoring three goals along the way.
GEORGE PILBEAM
Date of Birth: 27/10/1995
Position: Defender/Midfielder
Contract: 1st Year Scholar
George is another versatile player who can play in central midfield as well as at right back.
The 16-year-old made three appearances for the Youth Team in 2011/12.
This season he has started every game in both league and cup and was handed the captain's armband in the recent fixture against Bristol City.
JOSEPH MALONEY
Date of Birth: 21/03/1995
Position: Midfielder
Contract: 2nd Year Scholar
Joe joined Brentford as an Under-16.
The busy midfielder scored once in eleven league appearances last season.
This time round his season has been interrupted by injury restricting him to just four appearances in the Professional Development League.
LEWIS LAVENDER
Date of Birth: 13/05/1996
Position: Midfield
Contract: 1st Year Scholar
Lewis, who turned 16 in the close season, is a central midfield player who made two appearances for the Youth Team last season - one of which was the FA Youth Cup First Round win over Lewes.
He has come through the ranks at Brentford, having joined the Centre of Excellence earlier in his career.
So far this season Lewis has featured in all but one of the U18s league and cup fixtures.
MICHAEL ONOVWIGUN
Date of Birth: 9/04/1996
Position: Midfielder
Contract: 1st Year Scholar
Michael, who turned 16 in April, is a tall central midfield player who gets around the pitch and can make important contributions in both penalty areas.
He made 22 appearances for Brentford's Youth Team in 2011/12 and started in three FA Youth Cup ties.
His only goal at Youth Team level so far came in the FA Youth Cup Second Round win at Southend United when he scored a 95th minute equaliser and Brentford went on to win in extra time.
He has caught manager Uwe Rösler's eye this season and impressed in the first-team pre-season games against Basingstoke and Wycombe Wanderers before returning to action with the Development Squad and Youth Team
MONTELL MOORE
Date of Birth: 23/12/1995
Postion: Midfielder
Contract: 1st Year Scholar
Montell is an attacking player who can play on the left, right or through the middle.
The 16-year-old made eight appearances for the Youth Team in 2011/12 and was an unused substitute in the FA Youth Cup defeat against Stoke. The tricky midfielder featured three times as a substitute for the Development Squad in pre-season this season and looks set to be a key part of the Youth Team this season.
JOSHUA STOCKWELL
Date of Birth: 14/10/1995
Position: Striker
Contract: 1st Year Scholar
Josh joined Brentford from Southampton and can play on either wing or as a striker.
The 16-year-old made his debut for Brentford's Youth Team against Wycombe Wanderers in January in what proved to be his only appearance last season.
Josh has featured 12 times this season, and is the joint top scorer at this stage with four goals.
MYLES HIPPOLYTE
Date of Birth: 9/11/1994
Position: Striker
Contract: 2nd Year Scholar
Myles joined the Bees in the summer of 2010 as part of the Under-16 set-up. A striker who can also play on the wing he scored in the First Round of the F.A Youth Cup win over Concorde Rangers last season and featured heavily in the run to the Fourth Round. In total he made 31 appearances last season scoring an impressive 17 goals. He has continued that goalscoring record this season with two goals in pre-season for the Development Squad.
