All the information you need to enjoy Griffin Park
Brentford Football Club has a strong commitment to all its supporters, acknowledging that those with disabilities are fans and part of the crowd who enjoy football the same as everyone else. The same excitement and disappointment, the same highs and lows.
We have a reputation for ensuring all attendees enjoy their visit to Griffin Park. Your matchday experience is important to us. We strive to provide access and inclusion for all.
Stewards can provide assistance for getting you in and out of the stadium, safe evacuation as well as escorting you to and from the toilets and food kiosks if required.
Some people need a little more help and so a Helper Ticket can be provided on submission of appropriate evidence to the Ticket Office prior to purchasing a Season Ticket or Match Ticket.
To buy a Season or Match Ticket, should the disabled fan be unable to attend a game, the disabled helper will need to upgrade their Season or Match Ticket to a normal priced ticket for that match – disabled helpers cannot attend in that capacity without the disabled fan they are assisting.
To buy a Season or Match Ticket you would pay the relevant price for your age (i.e. Adult 22-64, Senior 65+, Young Person 18-21 and Junior U18). In addition, to qualify for a free disabled helper you will need to fall into the below category:
- DLA mobility level medium – high or PIP mobility component at enhanced; and/or
- DLA Daily Living level high or PIP Daily Living Component at standard/enhanced
